We offer special classes for children 12 and younger.  Training for children is a bit different than training for adults.  They will learn basic body movement skills, agility, how to fall and roll safely, discipline, self-control, and awareness.  We also have quite a bit of fun in the process.

Young adults 12 and older who display the appropriate maturity may be eligible to join general adult classes on a case-by-case basis as well as train with the younger children.  Older children who train with the younger children will be asked to set the example of maturity for their juniors.
