This, combined with our use of modern teaching methods that emphasize the mastery of formal techniques and immersive drills, creates our unique approach to martial arts that empowers students to explore higher levels of creativity and encourages them to break free from rigid forms or the obsession with winning and losing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our dojo is\u00a0a dilemma-rich, but safe, inclusive environment where everyone is welcome to come train; although learning self-defense is one of the focuses of our curriculum, there are many side-benefits, including discipline, self-confidence, stress management, and developing a calm, centered mind.
